So I've had mine a little bit over a year and I didn't see changes like with my boobs for about 6-8 months. I used to be really self-concious...I'm only like 32 or 34 A i think, ya pathetic, but hey, who cares? I mean I'm still growing & i got time & I, as well as all you other girls, will get boobs eventually...but then my mom said that women in my family are slow at getting them, and ya, women in my family also have big boobs. So don't worry if you still don't have the size you want cz we're young & have plenty of time for them to grow. My oldies came right up to me and asked "Can I start shaving my legs?" I told her yes. I went out the next day and bought her razor and shaving cream. No problem. My 9 yr old jt asked me 3 days ago to start buying her training bras. I went out and got them for her. She has buds now.. So girls If your that excited to start your period then don't be so scared to talk with your mom. She knows it going to happen sooner or later but why wait for later.. P.S. so u don't have an accident at school wear pantyliners but also carry a pad with you just in case.... Listen, When you start to have your discharge keep some toilet paper in your underwear. It will feel better and not stain your underwear. Now as for shaving, If you are scared about asking your mom then just show her how much hair is there and tell her it ticklles (only if it is true!) Use in the shower lotion after shaving because it is easyer and will help prevent razor burn! About the boobs, YOU DO NOT WANT BIG ONES!!! If you have big boobs, then when you are older, like grandma or sometime around this age like wrinkles and stuff (maybe, maybe not) most likely your boobs will be down to your knees! Do you want boobs to your knees? eww!!!!!! About pimples. You may get some on your back and face and maybe even chest and butt. you can get them just about everywere but if you wash everyday then they will be manageable. I wash my face and back with clean and clear and it has helped a lot! Boys.... My friends have all had boyfriends but none of the boys in my class like me so I don't worry about it and I just want you to know that don't feel bad if you dont have a boyfriend. Also DO NOT WORRY ABOUT WIEGHT! If you are skinny or on the bigger side, just excersize and stretch every day. Also run. You don't kneed to do anything about your period because it will not be fun and it will not end any sooner if you start sooner. If you are worried about your period happening in school then wear a pad or carry one! If you excersize a lot and/or if your parents are devorsed and have a lot of responsibilities your period may come sooner. About your boobs being bigger faster, well there is nothing you can do to make them bigger, sorry. Hope these helped! Leave it on for like five minutes then you use a little tool and it scrapes the cream off and they hair with it. Bad thing is that it isn't as effective as shaving and if you have sensitive skin you can't use it. Just ask your Momma or someone like that. My boobs aren't huge or anything, and I don't know who it was but they said that their boobs were itchy??? Well, mine did that. Basically, its normal. Some girls (very few) get it. It just scabs over. Some yellow- orange stuff comes out. All it means is that your boobs are growing rather fast. Don't worry about it tho. If you are worried, talk to your mom or a doctor. Even a teacher is cool. That's what I did. All my friends have theirs and say that you don't want it, but why shouldn't I? My mom said that she NEVER had cramps with hers, and although its a really big pain to plan around your period, I still want it, not to be left out. My friends don't make fun of me or anything, but I still don't want to be left out. I am the only girl in my class who doesn't have theirs. EVERY friend that I have has theirs! The white, yellowy stuff you get in your undies has a name: DISCHARGE. it is totally common and if you get it for more than a year and still haven't gotten your period: no worries. some girls have discharge longer than others. a way to prevent getting your undies all gross is by wearing something called: PANTY LINERS. It is not needed all the time, but like most girls, I too wear panty liners all of the time between my periods. it makes me feel fresher. talk to your mom if you have any questions about discharge. 2. Don't be concerned when your period comes. It is natural to have an on/off period. Talk to your parents about it. 3. Early periods ARE NORMAL. Don't be freaked if you got your period at 10, these days girls are getting their periods more often. It is totally normal. 4. Late periods are normal. Don't be concerned if you are 17 and still haven't gotten your period. It is up to your body. Talk to a doctor and ask about your growth. He or she actually can tell you when they think you will get your period. 5. ASK QUESTIONS. I used to be one of those girls who seriously wanted there period and didn't even care where I was when it came I just wanted it. I thought I had all the symtoms but little did I know I was missing something. You might not think this would effect it but acting more like an adult (not on purpose) or acting more like a girl (again not on porpuse) effects when you get your period. When I was eleven i would NEVER be caught dead wearing something girly. Now without a doubt I know I have changed. I am totally fine with not have gotten my period yet and am branching out to different clothes besides basketball shorts and a baggy tee. In fact I wouldn't be caught dead wearing basketball shorts and a baggy tee now! So girls just relax and let nature take its course. :) If you are wondering if you have all the symtoms to get your period though here they are. To help you figure out where you are try writing them down in the form of a check list and check them off. Here we go: @ 2 yrs. after breast budding Within a yr or so after you develop pubic and under arm hair Within a yr or so of you noticing viginal discharge in your undies Once you start acting more femanine Once you start making sense of your feelings (good and bad) Once you start thinking more like an adult Once you start experiencing mood swings So ladies just hang in there and once you get the information you need it might be good to take your mind off pueberty. School should be starting soon depending on where you live so do some sports and get involved and before you know it you might just find a few red drops in your undies. :) Hope I helped!!! Now I don't wanna get icky but those stains are from you sweating. Ur nips are right against the bra (or should be) so it tends to get hot there when u r doing physical activities. I am 16 now, but i still get the worst cramps right before my period. Sometimes they make me cry. If you want to try to sooth the pain, try taking Advil, Not Pamprin or Midol. Advil relieves the pain better. Also you can use a heating pad on where your cramps are at. And if you can, try sleeping when you feel your cramps coming on.
